Element’s Licensed Geologists provide many subsurface studies for single-family and multi-family residential projects at sites across Whatcom, Skagit, Island, and San Juan Counties each year. We apply our fundamental understanding of the Stormwater Management Manual for Western Washington (SMMWW) and its local municipal application to ensure each project is served efficiently and reliably for residential stormwater design to meet local review requirements.
